3M™ Body Gard Flat Coating is a stone chip coating in an aerosol format with a flat finish.
Protect automotive body panels from stone chips with 3M™ Body Gard Flat Coating. Our stone chip coating dries rapidly to give excellent stone chip resistance. It becomes tack free within 10 15 minutes and can be painted with air drying and low bake paints after two hours drying at normal temperature. To get good adhesion of any water based paints a primer is recommended. If you leave the product overnight before over coating, the coating should be scuffed with 3M™ Scotch Brite™ Ultrafine Grey.
